Hard foam polyurethane

Thermopor is an isulation made of hard foam polyurethane. It is an extremely efficient heat insulator, stable at temperatures between – 50 °C and + 90 °C and as such adequate for insulation in the field of positive and negative temperatures.

Hard foam polyurethane is produced and sold in blocks with dimensions 1000 x 2000 x 800 mm. We produce it also in form of plates in different thicknesses. We can also glue different lining materials (aluminium, stainless steel, ...) onto the plates, if desired.

A special form of heat insulation Thermopor is a bicomponent polyurethane liquid system. We can adjust its characteristics to a large extent to the customer`s wishes.

Application of the polyurethane insulation Thermopor:

• in construction industry: cladding and roof elements, partition walls, final concrete layer insulation, filling joints, holes and apertures;
• in industry: refrigeration chambers, driers, warehouses, tanks, pipelines;
• in furniture industry and production of household appliances;
• in shipbuilding;
• in transport for refrigerated vehicles and train cars for the transport of food.
