 PLAMAFLEX pipe insulation
IZOTERM PLAMA produces insulating tubes made of extruded polyethylene under high
international standards. They satisy all criteria important for insulation of
central heating pipelines, air-conditioning installation, sanitary installation
and sewage pipelines.
The main characteristic of pipe insulation is elasticity and high resistance
to breakage. Surface of the insulation is firm and resistant to mechanical injuries
and common building materials.
Closed-celled pipe insulation is adequate for assembly under roughcast and floating
floor. But it can also be visible, especially PLAMAFLEX SSL insulation, as it
is covered with polyethylene silver foil that gives fine decorative look.

PLAMAFLEX insulating tubes
 ISO - INSULATING TUBES
The basic insulating tube is made of extruded polyethylene of different dimensions
and wall thickness of 6, 9, 13 and 20 mm. Above all it is meant for professional pipe-fitters and insulation workers.
The wall is at one side cut to 1/3 of the thickness, what enables easier, faster
and more certain assembly. Standard tube lenghth is 2 m. It is packed in cardboard
boxes.

  SSL - INSULATING TUBES
High quality pipe insulation with additional polyethylene protective foil.
It is suitable for specially demanding applications. It is available in different
dimensions and wall thickness of 4, 5, 6, 9, 13 and 20 mm. Additional foil gives excellent protection from mechanical impacts. That is
especially important at exposed places and building-sites.
This foil also increases resistance to vapour diffusion. Standard tube length is 2 m. It is packed in cardboard boxes. Plamaflex SSL
insulating tubes with wall thickness of 4 mm are 15 m long and packed in rolls. |
AIR-CONDITIONING TUBES
White pipe insulation with the same characteristics as SSL tubes. The basis is
white ISO pipe insulation with a white coat, which gives the tubes stronger UV
stability. The white colour makes it more adaptable to interior and exterior roughcast.
The tubes are packed in rolls of different length and on every 2 metres there
is a mark, which helps to cut the tube to a certain legth. |
 SV - INSULATING TUBES
Easy zip enables simple, quick and quality assmebly. It is available in different dimensions
and wall thickness of 9 and 13 mm.
They can be employed over and over again –due to zip we can assemble and disassemble
pipe insulation many times without injuring the insulation.
The emphasis is on easy and quick assembly, which enables do-it-yuorself assembly. Standard tube length is 2 m. |
