TZI SANDWICH
TZI sound insulating sandwich is used to insulate noisy parts of the engine from
the silent part.
It is intended mainly for the insulation in:
- car industry
- engineering industry
TZI sandwich is made of several layers of, e. g.:

impregnated soft polyurethane foam, self-extinguishing foam, …that function as sound absorber
-
polypropylene felt or walopur that serves as mechanical protection (from dust, oil, …)
-
heavy mass (barite) that functions as sound insulator (chokes also low frequencies)
TZI insulation can be made in different dimensions, it is made to suit individual
customer`s needs.
